Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships.

Shipping times

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our partner CJdropshipping. Transit time depends on your destination and the shipping method available for your region, and is in addition to the processing time above. Estimated delivery windows are shown where available; they are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and carrier delays.

Returns

We want you to love your Verlume ritual. You may request a return of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible.

How to start a return

Email hello@verlume.storewith your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process any approved refund to your original PayPal payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
