Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships.

Shipping times

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our partner CJdropshipping. Transit time depends on your destination and the shipping method available for your region, and is in addition to the processing time above. Estimated delivery windows are shown where available; they are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and carrier delays.

Customs and import duties

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities on delivery. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. We have no control over these charges.

Our guarantee

We stand behind every Verlume product. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

We do not currently accept change-of-mind returns. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
