This Privacy Policy explains what information Verlume collects when you shop with us, how we use it, and who we share it with. This site is operated by Rashan Dissanayaka, trading as Verlume.

Information we collect

• Your shipping address and phone number.
• Your order history (the products you purchased and the amounts).
• Basic website usage data (pages visited, general location such as country/city, device and browser type) via Google Analytics.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

We do not collect or store your full payment-card details — payments are handled by PayPal.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Fulfill and ship your order through our fulfillment partner, CJdropshipping, to whom we share your name and shipping address.
• Store your order and account information securely using Supabase, our database provider.
• Send you order confirmation and service emails through Resend, our email provider, to whom we share your email address and order details.
• Process your payment through PayPal, our payment processor.
• Understand how visitors use our site, using Google Analytics.
• Send you updates if you subscribe to our newsletter, until you unsubscribe.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with the service providers named above, and only as needed to complete your order or operate our site. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits so your selections aren’t lost. This data stays in your browser and is not used for advertising. We use Google Analytics, which may use cookies to understand site usage.

Your choices and requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or unsubscribe from our newsletter, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
